5-7 SEPTEMBER; Schwerin-Mueß, DE: Windros Folk Festival & Camp

Auch 2014 werden sich wieder viele hochkarätige MusikerInnen aus den Himmelsrichtungen aufmachen an das Südende des Schweriner Sees, um dort Konzerte zu geben, sich mit Kollegen zu treffen, an Projekten zu arbeiten und mit dem Publikum ein entspanntes und ereignisreiches Wochenende zu erleben. Über 50 Musiker aus verschiedenen Ecken Europas und darüber hinaus werden an den Tagen vor dem Festival und am Festivalwochenende bei knapp 30 Konzerten, Vorträgen, Austellungeröffnungen, Sessions und anderen Veranstaltungen zu erleben sein. Die insgesamt drei Bühnen des Windros Festivals fügen sich wunderbar in das historische Ambiente des "Museums für Volkskunde Schwerin Muess" ein und werden am Abend, ebenso wie das Gelände, stimmungsvoll illuminiert. *

Today we took a walk around Lake Trillium near Mt. Hood (we could only imagine it behind walls of fog). It was such a pleasure and awesome fresh air to breath. Nature was all around, you could hardly find us... We'll now make some pasta, have supper and think back to this wonderful day in such a beatiful area. - ZIRP (24 july)
